SPECIFICATIONS OF VIDEO RECORDING 拍攝比賽影片注意事項

Announce their names
朗讀參賽者的姓名

The video must be a single, continuous shot video footage. Competitors must not stop or pause the camera during shooting.
影片必須為一鏡到底的拍攝原片，拍攝途中不可暫停攝影機

Special effects (such as filters, transitions, colour adjustments, or light adjustments etc.), mixing, editing or post-production are not permitted.
影片中不可加入特別效果，例如濾鏡、過渡、調色、調光等，亦不得進行混音、剪接及後期製作。

The video must be recorded live and dubbing is not permitted.
影片必須是現場收音及錄影，不可配音

The audio and video should synchronise and the sound quality is clear and smooth.
確保影片聲畫同步和流暢，以及音質清晰。

The resolution of the video is 720p (1280x720) or above.
影片解像度最少應為 720p (1280 x 720)

The shooting should be done indoors with a simple background and sufficient lighting. Avoid having  any bright lights from behind, and virtual or projected background. The recording environment should be quiet.
在室內以簡單背景和寧靜的環境下拍攝，並確保光度充足，避免背光、使用虛擬及投射背景。

The entire video must clearly show the competitor’s full body, appearance and actions.
整段影片須清楚顯示參賽者之全身、樣貌及動作

When shooting, the camera should be stable without any camera movement (including zoom in / out).
拍攝影片時，應保持拍攝鏡頭穩定及定鏡拍攝，不應移動、推進及拉近鏡頭

Not to use amplifiers for any purpose.
錄影時不應使用擴音器

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 條款及細則

One application is required per participant. Apply online at www.p-a-l.hk/book/hkimc
每位參賽者必須遞交一份報名表格。 網上登記報名 www.p-a-l.hk/book/hkimc

Participants may enter more than one event. Each participant may only enter the same event once.
參賽者可同時參加超過一個比賽項目，但同一位參賽者只能參加同一項目一次。

Each participant can only send in video once.
參加者必須只寄影片一次。

Participants must be 7 years old or younger (born on or after May 2014)
參賽者必須為七歲或以下之人仕 (2014 年 5 月 或之後出生)

Participants should follow the competition requirements. Participants who fail to do so will be disqualified without notice.
參加者必須依據是次比賽之要求如年齡限制、及比賽要求等報名，違者將被取消參賽資格而不獲通知。

PAL reserves the right to make any amendments to the syllabus and regulations. Amendments, if any, will be posted on the official website. The latest version posted on the official website overrides the previous ones.
PAL 有權修改已公佈之比賽規則，其內容若有修改，將於活動相關網站公佈，一切資料均以網上最新公佈為準。

Deadline for applications is Friday, 15 April 2022. Late applications may be rejected, and if accepted, be subject to a surcharge of $150 in addition to the event fee.
報名截止日期為2022年4月15日(星期五)。逾期申請可能會被拒絕，或需支付$150的附加行政費用。

Changes may not be made to allocated names and/or information about performers and/or events, unless under exceptional circumstances. Please apply by email with supporting documentation to art@p-a-l.hk if a change to date/time is requested. Note that a $150 administration charge will be levied for successful changes.
除非在特殊情況下，否則不得更改名稱和有關表演者的資料。如需更改，請通過電郵遞交證明文件到art@p-a-l.hk。成功更改將收取$150手續費。

All participants must provide a valid email address as communication will be via email. The organisers will not be responsible for non-receipt of emails.
所有參賽者必須提供有效的電郵地址，一切比賽詳情會透過電郵通知，如收不到電郵通知，主辦單位恕不負責。

All event fees, surcharges, and any other expenses incurred by participants are non-refundable under any circumstances.
所有參賽費用、附加費或任何其他費用在任何情況下均不獲退還。

Participants who do not attend an event for any reason will be considered disqualified.
未能出席比賽的參賽者將被取消資格。

PAL has the right to decline any late submissions.
PAL 有權不接納任何逾期報名。

PAL reserves the right to make any amendments without notice.
PAL 保留更改活動一切有關事宜的權利，恕不另行通知。

Unless this event is cancelled, no fees will be refunded, regardless of any reason.
除非此活動被取消，所有費用一經繳付，不論任何原因，一律不獲退回。

By submitting the application, participants agree that their submitted videos can be used for promotional purposes by PAL.
一旦成功提交活動申請，參加者即同意其提交之影片可被PAL用作宣傳推廣用途。

Scoring and examination of the results are performed by assigned staffs appointed by PAL. The decision of the jury is final.
計分統計與審核成績由PAL指派專職工作人員執行，評委團保留最終決定權。

PAL shall be the final authority in resolving disputes. All final dispute resolution decisions shall be final and binding.
倘有任何爭議，保留最終之決定權，參賽者不得異議。

Trophies and certificates, if uncollected after an event, may be collected in person by no later than 31 August 2022, or a courier fee must be paid for delivery. After this date, the organisers reserve the right to dispose of uncollected trophies/certificates.
比賽結束後，如參賽者未能於2022年8月31日前親身領取其獎杯或證書，參賽者必須支付快遞費用。於限期後，主辦單位將保留處置未領取獎杯/證書的權利。

Judging criteria will be based on the overall performance, including clarity of speech, expressive interpretation, and communication with the audience. The adjudicators’ decisions are ­final, and no discussion related to marks or trophies awarded or comments given will be entered into under any circumstances.
評審標準將基於整體表現，包括言語清晰，表達能力和與觀眾的溝通交流。 評審員的決定是最終決定，在任何情況下都不會對評審分數或獎項進行討論。
